Manufacturers & designers of shipping and carrying cases

Since 1894, Fibre Case in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, has been making cases for clothing for the garment industry, which has been a major force in the city's economy, thanks to its many immigrant workers. This third-generation business manufactures cases much the same way it has for more than a century, although now the material is plastic, not fiber. "Production run" means making a lot of one product at once. The factories listed under "production" can produce small and/or large quantities. The minimum order for a production run can vary from factory to factory (some have no minimum, some require a dozen, and some require up to 1,000 to be made at once)
