Each piece of custom handcrafted furniture I create is functional fine art made with the intent to last many lifetimes. Even after 30 years in woodworking, it is always challenging, with no end to the styles, shapes, designs and combinations of materials. However, it is only in the last few years that I have landed on a style that I would call my own. Needless to say, many of my design heroes of the past have influenced my work; Mackintosh, Morris, Greene & Greene and Sam Maloof amongst them.

Ideation

Drafting

A drafting specialist will create a blueprint of your idea using computer aided design (CAD) software. They make sure your design will be well-constructed.

Materials

Material suppliers will provide you with the raw materials and components of your end product.

Sample-Making

Sample makers will assemble the first end product prototypes.
