Established in 1976, Hudson Machine & Tool (Hammond, Wisconsin) was purchased by Mike Shaver in 1993. _We didnt have a CNC (computer numerical control) machine back then,î says Shaver. _It was pretty much a manual tool shop.î Since then, the operation has grown from a staff of four to 45 employees, averaging 20 years of related experience.
