Louis Industries is a small steel service center specializing in medium run manufacturing, contract manufacturing and job shop work. We do laser cutting, CNC press brake forming, spot welding, rolling, welding, shearing, hardware insertion and sell steel

Louis Industries was started in 1940 as Louis Blacksmith Shop. Alfred Louis began by shoeing horses, fixing agricultural equipment, and doing general repair and maintenance for the local residents.

In 1973, Leo and Cecil Louis purchased the assets of the business from their father and changed the name to Louis Industries, Inc. They began to modify the scope of the company from a general blacksmith shop to an original equipment manufacturer that produced a line of wood burning stoves, hog and cattle equipment along with general manufacturing activities. "Production run" means making a lot of one product at once. The factories listed under "production" can produce small and/or large quantities. The minimum order for a production run can vary from factory to factory (some have no minimum, some require a dozen, and some require up to 1,000 to be made at once)
