Ideation

We work with design engineers to develop heaters, resistor or circuits for new products or to improve existing products. We can develop custom designed heaters as thin as 0.010" thick and in almost any 2-dimensional shape.

Materials

Material suppliers will provide you with the raw materials and components of your end product.

Sample-Making

We can design and build prototypes/samples as part of a development project. Ceramic substrate blanks are typically 4.25" x 4.25"- any size or shape in either array format or individual parts that fits within this footprint can be made. Typical ceramic substrate thicknesses range from 0.008" (lapped) to 0.050" thickness with many thickness choices in between. If necessary custom made ceramic plates can be developed as required.

Tooling

Tooling factories produce custom tools that accelerate the production time of the end product.

Production

We build in quantities of less than 10 to many thousands depending on customer needs. All production is done in the USA.
