Winding, twisting, yarn package dyeing

Located in Burlington, North Carolina, and built in 1923, the Pioneer plant was the first facility built by BurlingtonĀ® Industries and is now a stand alone manufacturing facility for BMS. Parts of the original facility are still used today along with newer additions.

With approximately 590,000 square feet, Pioneer has the capability to process over 20 million pounds of filling yarns and over 100 million yards of warp yarn per year. Production styles include a wide assortment of fiber blends.

BMS offers processing capabilities that include winding, twisting, yarn package dyeing, warping, traditional slashing and the unique capability of slasher dyeing.
