Yes, Maker’s Row offers a 7-day free trial (based on the request) for the Premium Plan, allowing factories to explore all the features before committing to a subscription.
Yes, factories can upgrade or downgrade their subscription plans at any time. Changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Maker’s Row accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Yes, factories can save up to 25% by choosing an annual subscription instead of a monthly one.
Maker’s Row does not offer refunds for any used portion of a subscription plan. Factories can cancel their subscription at any time, retaining access to the services until the end of the current billing period.
Factories can cancel their subscription by navigating to the account settings, selecting the subscription tab, and following the cancellation instructions or by reaching out to support@makersrow.com. Access to the subscription features will continue until the end of the current billing period.
