Flourish & Thrive Academy was conceived out of an idea that Tracy Matthews, a jewelry designer, first had when she opened her company TMD, Inc. in February of 1998: “I wish there was someone who could have taught me everything there is to know about starting a jewelry business so I can focus on being creative and work on the big picture.”
