  1. It’s esp important if the designer doesn’t know what they quite want. If they already come in with a shirt, a pattern, and the exact fit, then it’s easy to make one to begin iterating on. But, When we work with designers and production teams, the ones without tech pack will inevitably lead to the most number of iterations and delays. Imagine someone telling you “I love this, but can you make the sleeve smaller” and we altered it it by half an inch. They get the new sample, and they had meant 1″. That means one more sample and a few more weeks of waiting.
