Step By Step Packaging was started on June 1, 1995, by Jim and AnnaMaria Spurgin. The company built itself out of a small warehouse located in south Blue Ash and was forced to expand after just three years due to its rapid growth. After relocating to the Blue Ash industrial Park, Step by Step has continued to grow. In 2005 Step By Step became a Quality Packaging International Company (Certified Minority Business Enterprise ).
